These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, communications, and text-messaging program of Kamirat LLC, doing business as Iron Garage Coatings ("Iron Garage Coatings," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
Iron Garage Coatings provides residential and commercial epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, garage floor coatings, and related services throughout the DMV area — Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. All estimates are free and non-binding until a written proposal is signed by both parties. Project schedules, pricing, and materials are subject to site inspection and change.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to request services or subscribe to our SMS program.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your mobile number and opting in — through our website form, chat widget, verbal or written consent, or by texting us first — you expressly consent to receive text messages from Iron Garage Coatings at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or automated technology.
- Program name: Iron Garage Coatings customer messaging.
- Message types: estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, project updates, follow-ups, customer care, and occasional promotions.
- Message frequency: varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Iron Garage Coatings does not charge for the messages.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, other than in response to any new inquiry you initiate.

- Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Estimates, Quotes, and Payment
Verbal quotes are estimates only. A signed written proposal governs scope, price, timeline, and warranty. Deposits, payment terms, and cancellation terms are set out in that proposal. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Virginia law.
5. Warranty
Iron Garage Coatings offers a 10-year limited warranty on qualifying coating installations, covering peeling, delamination, and bonding failure under normal residential use. The exact scope, conditions, exclusions, and transferability of the warranty are stated in your signed proposal, which controls. Except as expressly written there, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to (a) use the Services in violation of law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) attempt unauthorized access; (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse content; or (e) submit false, misleading, or infringing information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
8. Third-Party Services
Our site uses third-party tools (e.g., chat widget, analytics, ad pixels, scheduling). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Photographs of completed work depict past projects; actual results vary based on substrate, environment, and materials selected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamirat LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the website (excluding signed project contracts) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective date." Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
